   33mm particle board is one of the door core we are making now. This thickness core is used for ordinary door . But we can also make the fire rated core with 33mm which can resistant about 25-30 mins. The raw materials of this core is fresh poplar chips, branchs, saw dust , glue and so on. The santard size we can make is 3X7 and 4X8. The density is 530-550kg/CBM . We keep the stock for this thickness. IF you confirm the order , we can delivery the core ASAP. The 33mm particle board can fill the solid door and make the door blank.The same look can be accomplished with basic particle board
