The construction method

○ When used for roadbed and road surface, the construction method is the same as two-way geogrids.

○ When used for reinforced soil retaining wall, the construction method is as follows:

1, Set the foundation, according to the design of the wall system for construction, selected with precast reinforced concrete panel, general thickness of 12-15 CMS support on the basis of precast concrete. Its width is not more than 30㎝, thickness is not less than 20㎝, and buried depth is not less than 60㎝ to prevent frost heaving of foundation.

2, Smooth the wall base, according to the design requirements of excavation, smooth. Soft soil should be compacted or filled, compacted to the required density, should be slightly beyond the wall.

3, The reinforcement laying, the main strength direction of the reinforcement should be perpendicular to the wall, fixed with pins.

4, Wall filling, mechanical filling, the distance between the wheels and reinforcement should be maintained at least 15 CMS. After compaction, a layer of soil is about 20-15 cm thick.

5, Wall construction, wall should be wrapped in geotextile, to prevent soil leakage.
