Sinter Grate Bar

 

Sinter grate bar is the main component on the sintering machine, which is a vulnerable part. Its service life directly affects the production rate of the sintering machine and the production cost of the sinter. The working conditions of the grate strip of the sintering machine are very bad, and the temperature changes greatly. The temperature of the grate strip is generally 800℃ -1000℃, while the cooling temperature in the air is rapidly reduced to 100℃ -300℃ after unloading, working in the medium containing CO, CO2, SO2 and water vapor, and also under the impact and friction of the sinter during the use. The main component of sintering grate strip is often high temperature nickel alloy. In the generation process of the sintering system, the unqualified particles selected in the sintering finished ore are used as the bottom material above the grate bar of the sintering machine, to prevent the bonding and paste from direct contact with the mixture, resulting in a serious decrease in the performance of the air permeability of the sintering material layer, which directly affects the improvement of the quantity and quality of the sintering minerals and the improvement of economic and technical indexes.
